QUIRKY DOWNTOWN CONDO

Brief: A young couple in need of help organising their main living space of a quirkily shaped downtown condo into a comfortable multi-purpose space that feels intentional and practical. Keeping their new 2-piece sectional and beloved leather armchair, the design is modern / transitional, leaning into bright neutrals with pops of colour introduced through art and accessories. Separating the living room into both a tv space and a cozy reading nook allows for the narrow room to be as practical as possible and provide the illusion of space with the separate areas.
