Summary: A 600 sq/f garden suite design with acompanying sustainability report to guide new City By-law decisions in the City of Toronto. Compared 4 energy standards: OBC SB12 minimum, EnergyStar, Net Zero Ready & Passivehouse to determin the highest environmental and monetary give-back. 

A 1-2 person, one bedroom, one bathroom, single-storey dwelling which can also cater to those seeking accessibility accommodations. Keeping the design to one bedroom provides the occupant with as much breathing space as possible to address human emotional and mental well-being.
